Sesame, Noodle and Vegetable Salad

Today we will tell you how to make Sesame, Noodle and Vegetable Salad . The ingredients which are used in making this recipe are mentioned below. Please follow the same procedure and give your feedback in the comment section.


  • New potato 300 halves
  • Cauliflower 250 gm chopped
  • Medium carrots 2
  • Small red cabbage 1/2 shredded
  • Bean sprouts 2 cup or 160 gm
  • Long green cucumber 1
  • Boiled eggs 4
  • Black and yellow raisins 3-4 tbsp.

Ingredients of Peanut Dressing:

  • Butter 300 gm
  • Curry powder 1 1/2 tsp.
  • Ground cumin 1 tsp.
  • Plain flour 1 tsp.
  • Sweet chilly sauce 2 tbsp.
  • Crunchy peanuts 1/2 cup
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp.
  • Coconut cream 400 ml
  • Medium onion finely chopped
  • Peanuts crushed 1 cup


  • Boil, steam or microwave potatoes, cauliflowers, carrots separately until just tender, drain, rinse under cold water, drain.
  • Place cabbage on plate top with cooked vegetable, sprouts, cucumber and egg, peanut dressing and raisins.


Preparation of  Peanut Dressing:

  • Heat butter in pan, then add onion and cook until it become soft.
  • Next add peanuts, curry powder, cumin, flour and chilly sauce, cook, stirring 2 minutes stir in peanut crushed, sugar and coconut cream.
  • Simmer uncovered about 10 minutes or until slightly thickened.
